Recap

  • Used the hot air gun to remove components and then a few people proceeded to solder them onto a board
  • Extracted DNA from a banana using instructions found on about.com, ASM has a nice article on doing this as well, with questions to ponder
  • Had about 5 minutes to go over business stuff
    • decided to hash out NPO stuff over wiki or mailing list
    • most agreed a bake sale is a good idea to raise money
  • Realized we needed to meet somewhere where we had more than an hour if needed
